Order to Cash

Order to cash services can encompass all stages of administration from receipt of order through to invoicing, payment and banking. DHL Supply Chain works closely with its customers to tailor all parts of the service to suit individual requirements.

The services may consist of:

  • order receipt via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), e-mail or fax
  • order processing and confirmation through validated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • invoice generation and mailing (using individualised stationary) and cash collection
  • robust reporting mechanism.

Activities are offered as a value added service only.
